Refund Policy

To provide a better shopping experience, we accept returns on any unsatisfactory order.

Our satisfaction warranty lasts for 30 days from the date your order was received. Please note that if 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

For an eligible return:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. Our free returns are strictly applicable for errors or damages caused by us and approved by our quality control team.
  4. For sizing matters or other related issues, any shipping fee back to us will not be covered and will be covered by the customer himself. However, we will be happy to give you a one-time exchange for an additional 15% Exchange Fee before proceeding.
  5. We highly recommend returning all items using a trackable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.
  6. Any return or exchange item will have to be approved by us and qualify with our 95% RULE first before we are able to further process your request.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase such as order number and invoice confirmation number from us that was sent to you when your order was placed. Kindly go to the customer service page to submit your order request and our support team will assist you within 24 hours.

Notice: Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 15% restocking fee will apply for cash refunds and cards refunds, or a full refund on life-time store credits, so you can shop with us again anytime.

Refund or Exchange Strictly Not Accepted:

  1. Order/s that have already been processed & shipped out from our warehouse after 30 days.
  2. Items not in their original condition, worn, have damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error.
  3. Products on the sale section. Luxury Items on sale or with an extra discount. Final sales.
  4. Items which are returned after  30 days of receiving your order.
  5. Order/s that have already been processed & shipped right after cancellation are being requested.

Steps to Exchange or Refund:

  1. Submit a request with Customer Support on our website and be as detailed as possible while filling in the information.
  2. After submission, allow our inspection team up to 48 hours to decide whether or not your order meets our free refund/exchange policy. If disapproved, a 15% exchange fee will be incurred to proceed with your request.
  3. Upon approval for any Exchange or Refund, you will have to submit your return/shipping slip to us via support@moz.shop, and we will send you another email to notify you that we have confirmed your request. We will also notify you once your new item/order is being delivered.

For an eligible order/s cancellation

  • Any orders can only be cancelled within [24 hours] when the order is placed, or if your parcel/s has not been shipped out. 
  • Any duplicated orders will be refunded within [24 hours] and the fund will be back into your account within 3-7 working days without any fee or deduction incurred.
